The Mill is a luxury, indoor (on $13,000 treadmills) outdoor group fitness running studio. Think spin class (music, lights, intervals, inclines) but just a bit more sophisticated and hardcore.
My target market is higher-income professionals in their mid 20s to early 40s. Funky, fresh, clean and modern scene in a hipster throwback sort of way.
*slogan does not need to be included.
I'd like to explore the following colours: Black and white or your preference.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Let designers make suggestions:
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
I love the idea of the M as a heart rate monitor (like a pulse!) or playing with levels/intervals cause that's the workout - however,I want it clean and simple - that's at the forefront.
It must, must be badass enough to work on t-shirts (anything you would want to wear!) but still be sophisticated enough to stand the test of time on a storefront.
