Microfinance Fadima needs a poweful new logo

Microfinance Fadima (MIFA) is a financial institution that provides savings and microloans to the general population (mainly the poor and middle class) in Burkina Faso, a french-speaking West African country. The local currency is the CFA Franc (code: XOF). Attached is a picture of the coins we use. Microfinance is simply the type of financing we provide (microloans). The key word here that should be emphasized is Fadima otherwise we have many Microfinance institutions in the country. Microfinance means it is a microfinance institution. It likes saying Fadima Bank.

Since Microfinance Fadima operates in the financial sector providing microloans to the poor and middle class, with the large majority of these people who do not know how to read properly, we thought it would be good to have a logo that easily makes anybody think about money when they see it (like a coin for instance). But we remain open to any ideas along those lines.
