Companies that manufacture products often use distributors to sell those products. The problem is that, once the manufacturer sells the product to the distributor, there is very little information and data available to the manufacturer. They don’t know who the distributor sells to, how much inventory the distributor has, or how much the distributor is selling at specific times. The more distributors a manufacturer sells to, the more complex it is to get this information. With our Sell Thru Analytics software, we take the data from each distributor in any format and normalize to a common format. Then we use our visual reporting software to provide the manufacturer with a “single view” of all of their distributors. Having this “single view” allows the manufacturer to make better business decisions and even help distributors sell more products.
