This is generally what a few pages of the site will look like when it’s complete. The logo should fall in line with this style
Clear representation of a luxury brand
We need to be culturally relevant to an extremely wealthy client base.
Symbolic of an affluent lifestyle
Portrayed as an established brand that’s been around for an extended period of time.
We need to develop a hybrid version of classic luxury meets modern design
It should be clean with perferred use of negative space.
There needs to be an image mark that can stand alone and represent the brand
Take a “less is more” approach with the image mark
The typeface portion of the logo should also be capable of being a stand alone logo
We’re open to serif and sans serif fonts, but we need to stay away from heavily dated looking fonts
We’re establishing two relationships with this logo
1. The user who visits the website to search for their future home. There is an obvious need for the user to feel like they are being shown exclusive information and or information specific to their lifestyle.. But that’s about as far as we have to go in this relationship.
2. The Agent who purchases a market to drive leads and or brand recognition is far more valuable. This differs in that we need the image mark (specifically) to represent a brand that can be used across any medium. It should be equally recognizable on print and digital. For example… We may choose to push the brand and deliver free marketing material such as business cards or listing presentations to provide external brand value.
We need to make sure we can connect on both accounts here with the logo.
Black and white is a good starting point.
Should be invertible for both light and dark uses.
May move to a color, but if we do it will be a dark color.
