This logo will go on a sign at the front entry of a really high end rental property in the Florida Keys. This is a new 6 bedroom 5 bathroom modern home with natural elements. The logo should incorporate the unique copper color we have for windows and railings, the nautical theme we carry throughout the house, make you think High End Luxury, and feel family friendly. The house is named Pier 49 after the unique pier style dock that was installed off the back yard, and it's proximity to Key West. The lot aligns with mile marker 49 from the Oversea's Highway. It's a long 80' long pier style dock into a large opening on a canal off the Atlantic Ocean. The property has unique metallic copper windows and railings. The yard will be filled with large palm trees with a large pool, spa, and tiki hut. The concrete house is on concrete stilts over an outdoor kitchen and living room opening to the pool. This logo will be used in marketing for renting out the house to large families for weekly vacations, on a large yard sign at the entry, and on door labels through the house. Each bedroom has a fun theme, aimed at creating a fun experience for families. The theme of the house is nautical, with special specific themes for each of the six bedrooms: Pirate Cove, Wet Tortugas, Dorado Den, Grouper Chamber, Dolphin Cave, Shark Shack.

I may have the winner also design similar logos for the six bedrooms, but that will be a future project after the main logo is complete. See attachment for 3D images of the house currently being built.
