I am a trial attorney who focuses on representing businesses at trial. My target audiences are other attorneys who need someone to take a case to trial and business owners looking to switch attorneys for a trial. A little bit about me. I relish a challenging case. The type of situation where continued litigation is fruitless, and all signs point to trial. No matter what the subject matter, it is problem-solving, especially by way of a jury, that I enjoy most. I have been lead counsel in close to 30 cases to jury verdict, and I have been successful in both criminal and civil jury trials. I am dedicated to the craft of trial advocacy. I teach a trial advocacy course at the University of California Irvine School of Law and I am regularly called upon to consult with other attorneys preparing for trial. I have lectured nationally for various organizations, including the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

I’m interested in a wordmark logo but open to an image and wordmark combination—nothing generic like scales of justice or a gavel. I want to portray the message that I am from the next generation of trial attorneys. Efficient, creative, and technology-driven. I like clean lines, including sans serif fonts.
