How CHRISTUS HWC started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
CHRISTUS Calder Twilight 5K
What’s your company slogan?
City of Beaumont
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a health and fitness club under the CHRISTUS Healthy System brand who is partnering with the City of Beaumont on a Twilight 5k. This 5k event will also have a 1k for kids so it needs to appeal to families and not very serious runners.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to keep it less than three colors max for screen printing purposes. The color visual style only lets me choose three options -- so I'd like to add the following options: Aquas, Yellows, and Oranges
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
This is nice and sportsy, which is why I chose it. It may be too sportsy though.
This wouldn't be my top choice for design but I like how multiple icons can create a nice brand.
The different type faces work for me here because we'll need to fit a bunch of wording into that logo.
I really like the neon idea for a Twilight 5k. I think it could be a great theme. A little too simple. But I would really like a couple neon options and see how that plays out
I like the illustration and I can see a family running in that style. But I don't like the ribbon. This could also scale well.
A couple simple icons / design symbols look good here.
The badge and a strong symbol with strong and suble text work for me here. Plus it's only like three colors.
I can really something along this line with a moon since it's a twilight 5k. Nice symbol that we could use for years to come
Very cool integration of the kettlebell and the flatiron mountains. Something similar could be thought of with running and nighttime
We'd like something that scales well on shirts, billboards, medals, TV spot, gift bags, brochures, etc. CHRISTUS must be in all caps. We also have to use it for several years in the future. I'd like to build a brand what you design. Here's what the city used prior, which we don't like at all obviously. http://beaumonttexas.gov/registrati…ilight-5k/
