Brightway
We are a small startup trying to make it possible to do environmental assessments of goods and services over the web, in a pleasant and easy fashion.
Traditional tools are difficult to use and install, ugly, and confusingly rigid. We believe that web technologies allow us to do more, more quickly, and at less expense for companies. We need a logo that communicates our core values: that we promote sustainability, that we allow companies to understand and improve their supply chains, and that we simplify complex environmental processes. One interesting possibility would be a simplified supply chain, which is just a graph with edges and vertices.
We are not interested in anything which is too stereotypical of environmental services companies, e.g. a strong green palette, a leaf.
The logo will primarily be used on our web page, and will be displayed at both large and small resolutions (in the application page, it is small and at the top left-hand corner).
Small to medium size businesses that are interested in making environmental assessments of their products, and who are interested in new technologies and approaches to integrated environmental information. In general, we are targeting a new market, as these are companies that can not afford to pursue a traditional consultant-based environmental assessment for cost reasons.
Our color scheme uses the following colors:
Primary:
Red: #CE0000
Blue: #128DEB
Secondary:
Light green: #E4F199
Darker green: #ABC607
Light grey: #CDD6DB
Darker grey: #586B7A
