How Shape Environments started their logo design journey
SHP Leading Design (http://www.shp.com), a full-service architecture firm, is launching an LLC (Shape Environments) to provide visualization services for new and existing clients. Some of these services will involve taking very detailed, technical documents and designing visuals to communicate them, while other services will include more traditional types of design.
Personality of Shape Environments: Bleeding Edge (especially as it relates to technology), Creative, Collaborative, Agile, Intelligent, Modern
Objective of Shape Environments: Translate technical, complex concepts and into visuals that are beautiful, inspiring and communicate to a wider audience.

Decision-makers in the commercial, higher education and healthcare markets.
The goal is to create a logo that embodies both the personality and objective of the brand.
It is not necessary to design a logo or icon that illustrates the progression from technical to inspirational. In fact, we’d rather you didn’t. The logo should reflect the objective, not the process.
We’d prefer the use of some type of avatar or icon that we could use as a watermark; we’re open to your interpretation of this as long as it satisfies the watermark use.
Vectors only; winner will need to supply AI, EPS, PDF and all supporting files
Please – no stock images or clipart.
***A note: we find it interesting that SHP exists within the word “Shape,” and that the remaining letters “AE” can refer to SHP’s industry (architecture and engineering).
