Beach Domain in a new website that caters to buyers in the high-end beach/waterfront category. The purpose of the website is to sell property to consumers whilst attracting advertisers and real estate agents to use the site as a marketing tool.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target audience can be split into two separate groups.
• Wealthy and successful high-income earners (40+) who may be looking to retire/make a lifestyle change/invest near the water.
• Real Estate agents/advertisers/property brokers/developers who may have a vested interest in the website.
• The logo should have an exclusive/luxury feel about it
• It should be beach themed
• Typeface can either be standard or stylised
• Colours should centre around blues, yellows, golds, oranges
• Key words include – beach, luxury, yachts, relaxation, lifestyle, freedom, dream, experience, prestige, personalised, enjoyment
