New Vistas Corporation
New Vistas Corporation is a real estate firm, operating in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Since 1984, we have grown to over 40 team members working out of 2 locations, Northfield (headquarters), and Woodbridge. We currently manage 130 receiverships in the New York tri-state area. We have made over $13 million in sales in the past year alone from many major developments in these states.
New Vistas’ four divisions - Property Management, Development, Realty, and Construction - work hand in hand, whether the property be a single site or an entire portfolio, to enhance and maximize a property’s potential. This combination of services is uniquely united to evaluate, construct, market, lease, and sell a property.
We specialize in projects that are difficult to finance and/or manage and is called upon by banks, courts and government authorities to manage troubled assets and public approvals. Currently we manage 100 properties on behalf of third party clients through our in-house capabilities.
Our target audience is mainly lawyers, other real estate firms, realtors, etc. We largely deal with the courts in our business and thus our logo does not really need to appeal to the general public, but rather other professionals in our own field.
We want you to use your imaginations here. One thing to consider is we currently like how the logo combines both the N and V characters from our name, so try to include that but it is not mandatory. I have included our current logo as reference.
We do not sell houses - we manage larger real estate for business, like strip malls, apartment complexes, etc. and thus we are NOT selling to the general public. Please DO NOT include house imagery in the designs if possible, and focus more on combining the NV.
Any sort of color scheme will be acceptable, but try and maintain a serious, professional feel. We are not appealing to the general public, and most of our business is appointed by the court, so we need to appeal to the professionalism of lawyers, other real estate firms, etc. It should be inviting, however, and not too stoic.
Finally, we require the logo in both Adobe Illustrator format (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), and a high-resolution .png copy of the logo as well.
