Logo- Recognizable on screen or on paper. Elements it should have include;a bottle, a brain, and green stuff (could be viewed as either cash or leaves) coming out of the ears of a person. Other than that (!) we don't want to limit your creativity.

• Winner of contest must FAX signed statement that they are owner of work and that they are assigning their rights to our company prior to payment
• Designers must not use clipart or webart that is not royalty free for commercial use. If you use this we WILL be asking to see where it was obtained and we will have to verify the license prior to payment
• We WILL be using an escrow service (99% likely escrow.com).
There may be future work on webdesign for winner.
