Urban Future Lab got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for the PowerMarket
Check out Urban Future Lab's Logo design contest…
Clean. Local. More Affordable Energy PowerMarket makes it possible to choose the exact source of your electricity. Rather than powering your home or business with fossil-fuels from the grid, you can now get the electrical output from a local solar, wind or hydro project credited directly to your monthly utility bill. It's easy, less expensive, and supports clean energy development in your community.
We've explored concepts related to energy but are open to new simple concepts that capture the essence of what our company does. - Color. We've used red in most of our branding and prefer a monochromatic scheme. - Style. A flat logo design that scales well. What we're not looking for: wind, leaf designs, light bulbs. You can find the current website at thepowermarket.com and the facebook page at facebook.com/thepowermarket.
