nametap.com - launching early June 2007

nametap is an online community for naming companies, products and websites. It offers a forum where people can share ideas and learn from their peers as well as an article section where experts publish daily content to help educate and inform our members and site visitors.

name: A word or words by which an entity is designated and distinguished from others.

tap: To establish a connection with.

The concept is that people and businesses will go to nametap to "tap in" to the naming community to help discover the name that they are looking for.

I am looking for a clean, icon-like logo mark in the shape of a water tap or asterisk with the text to the right of the mark (text all in lower case).
