At Third Mountain, we work to instill confidence and inner peace in anyone who has had to wrestle with their inner demons, or had fear hold them back from achieving their dreams. Students will be encouraged to cultivate a lifestyle that sets them up for success: physically, mentally, and spiritually. As a company by nerds for nerds, we focus on questions like, “How do you move from using your fantasy as an escape to using your fantasy as motivation and inspiration?” Our seminars and online courses provide powerful tools of transformation to help every nerd become their own hero. If Uncle Iroh and Grandmaster Yoda co-created a personal improvement program, we hope it would look something like ours. Examples of topics covered include: breath work, goal setting, strength based calisthenics, , stretching, and meditation.
