Logo needed for mother/daughter real estate team

We are going to call our "team" T&M Real Estate, after the initials of our first names - Taira and Marie. Our slogan is: Real Estate is our passion, not our job! (Or: Two names to remember, for real estate service you won't forget!)

Desired Color Scheme:
magenta, yellow, teal

Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

We would prefer to no longer see ANY designs with a house incorporated into them!  Logos with houses overload!  And we would like the colors of the logo to be unique - no blue or red, please...perhaps magenta, gold, teals...but PLEASE feel free to use whatever you think looks best and to be creative with combining the T with the M! (T&M)  Or both our first names - Taira and Marie too!  Our preference is to have our names and initials separated by an & not run together and not with a_n_d...another thought would be to incorporate the T and the M together into a logo/symbol resembling a Celtic knot...we are also thinking at this point, that you might want to use stars, sun, moon, etc.
