We are a young, dynamic, specialist recruitment and staffing company - with a focus on headhunting. We work exclusively within the digital media arena and work with the industry leaders. Within this market it is essential that we can compare ourselves with the above. The most succesful organisations within this space are companies that are specialists within the field.
The logo for our company will be the first impression to our clients and candidates. Within such a competitive industry the logo has to convey one important message: 'We have gravitas, we are specialists and talking to us will not be a waste of your time'.
Our specialism should not be centralised around 'recruitment'. Our specialism needs to be centralised around Digital media, with recruitment being our USP.
Specifically, the logo, once taken out of context of the website for example should not scream recruitment, it should capture digital media. The digital media we deal within is all around digital broadcasting in general. For example; projects in this arena would be the creation of new technologies within video transmission or the creation, from scratch, of a freeview box for a major broadcaster.
