Mr. V's work and approach was excellent throughout the process. His response to the brief was really creative and communication throughout was professional and patient. I'd definitely be keen to work together more in the future.
How Bsstoner started their logo design journey
We're a team of three (1 in Philly, 2 in NYC) launching a company that provides affordable Internet/Technology consulting services to small businesses, start-ups and non-profit organizations.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting the types of companies that don't have the budget to hire the developer/designer/online advertising people in house, and don't have the budget to pay for the pricier web design shops.
We offer a wide array of small business technology services including: website development/design, website hosting and support, search engine optimization, online ad campaign management, social media consulting, other custom development/database/general IT help, Access/Excel help.
We also offer to do web design for our clients, but we're admittedly not design experts and refer clients looking for serious designs to 99designs. So if we hook up with a good designer there's definitely potential for referrals.
Something that walks the line between Professional and Cool. High Quality, but Affordable (not Cheap).
We're not exactly sure what we want it to look like, but we kind of know a little about what we think we don't want in a logo.
We don't think we want a super edgy logo, but a little cool factor is good
We don't think we want a cartoon logo
We don't think we want something overly corporate looking
One of the things we do is put a high emphasis on helping smaller companies on a budget leverage the many free or cheap services available only and bring them all together to run their business and build their online brand. So logos that reference smaller pieces coming together to form something larger may be interesting, not a requirement, just a thought.
