BringZing hopes to become a premier gift-buying destination and social community online. Our specialty is romantic gifts, but we also have a focus on birthdays. An important aspect of our brand is giveaways, which we conduct at least weekly through social networks such as Twitter and Facebook (or whatever comes along next). We give away significant prizes, such as trips to Hawaii, dream honeymoons, etc... A few keywords that represent us well are: gifts, giveaways, elegance, romance, giving, connecting, bonding, loyalty, trust, anniversary, commitment, love
Primarily couples. We hope to appeal to women. We want a logo that Women are attracted to, but is gender-neutral enough that men will like it as well. We hope to attract men who want to purchase gifts and giveaways for the women in their lives.
We need an illustrative, simple icon that looks good in a square aspect ratio, as well as a clean, elegant, and distinctive typeface for the word mark. If you are skilled at typography, feel free to create a custom font, preferably sans-serif.
The subtext "gifts & giveaways" may be used, but is not required. The logo MUST look terrific in black on white and white on black versions, as well as a version that fits into the professional looking Web 2.0 logo crowd. In other words, something that would blend equally well into a Web 2.0 site design, and an elegant leather-bound gift box emblem.
Some ideas for the icon that we are not married to. Don't try to squeeze them all into one design:
* An airplane with a bow on it
* A gift wrapped box
* A spring
* A box-shaped icon with the letters B and Z on opposite faces of the box.
Bonus points if you toss all of these ideas aside and come up with something completely original that blows away all the boxes and bows and planes that people are going to submit.
We want a simple brand mark that is easy to recognize and identify. Think Nike swoosh, McDonnald's arches, Apple logo, Mercedes.
* Show us what our logo will look like in color (gradients OK), white on black (with no gradients), and black on white (again, no gradients)
