Ella designed a logo that perfectly aligned with what I envisioned, I applaud her insight to translate my vision to reality in all aspects of the design. She was thorough with extremely efficient follow through, and established a partnership to achieve my goals for the contest. I would hire her again, and recommend her work and professionalism to others.
How n8080 started their logo design journey
Need a fresh look. Relaunching AirportGuide.com website after I sold it 6 years ago and repurchased domain name back.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
You can read the background of Airport Guide at airportguide.com on the About Us page. I am relaunching the site to be a one-stop aviation site for Pilots, i.e., airport info, runways, frequencies, diagrams, etc. AND Travelers, i.e., airport reviews, terminal maps, flight delays, local attractions, etc. I need a logo that appeals to both sets of people.
The logo will be used on the web site as well as emails, letterhead, business cards, etc.
Web 2.0, innovative, creative.
I once had a tag line "Where will you go...and what will you do when you get there" that doesn't have to be used but it conveys the feeling of excitement of traveling to a new destination.
I would like to stay with strong colors I have used in the past, if possible, such as #330099 and #990000
I also would like the final artwork in Photoshop (.psd) format and and any other format you used such as Illustrator.
I would like to avoid using an airplane as a primary logo as this is more of a travel destination site. Yes pilots will use it but the name airport guide implies a directory for airports.
I don't want the logo to be too wide as it would cut into screen real estate. If you think you have something that is very wide but I should see it then by all means post it.
