Mount Juliet Church of Christ or Mt. Juliet Church of Christ
My name is Trey. I am the education and worship minister at the Mount Juliet church of Christ. A good start of who we are would be to visit our website at http://www.mtjuliet.org There you will find a lot of detail about the ministers and elders, the things we are involved in, etc. You can also read tons of church history on this website. This particular congregation has been around since the late 1800's, located in the same spot in Mt. Juliet, TN. Don't let the age fool you however. Although we are very conservative to our roots and the words of the Bible, we are also very forward thinking and would like to be considered more current than not, when it comes to the public's eye. So already, when I think of a logo...I see one that touches both the conservative and progressive eye - and pleases both. We are looking for that "mark", that logo which identifies us as "The church of Christ in Mount Juliet, TN". When people see our logo, they immediately identify that logo with the church in their area (whether they can read the words or not). Mount Juliet or Mt. Juliet can be used - whatever the artist thinks is best. It has been said before by our preaching minister that the use of the "M" and "J" to form 3 crosses would be cool. Again, we'll leave that up to the artists. We're open to anything. Anything that sticks and leaves an impression.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Over 1000 members of the Mount Juliet church and hundreds of thousands of people in this city that we are trying to reach so we can share Jesus with them.
This will be short...I mentioned the 3 crosses idea above. That's not required - just an idea. We are wide open. We'll be printing this logo on literally dozens and dozens of items such as shirts, cups, stationary, car tags, braclets, etc. Would like to have a good "printable" logo. Just make sure the name is included in one of two ways below:
