We're building a new business trying to integrate and resell inside a single package software-as-a-service solutions for other companies.
It's a pure business-to-business in which we try to help businesses optimize their proceses by offering existing software-as-a-service packages integrated.
For example integrate http://www.zendesk.com with http://www.basecamphq.com so the customer can track combined help desk tickets with task and project management, integrated with maybe an accouting package to allow to generate invoices and with a time-tracking package.
We'll also provide a single login for all these packages making them look like one.

Market is new and existing business owners that want to purchase existing software-as-a-service systems but would like to get them working together and not independently.
We'll have a storefront offering pre-packaged solutions for different business types/industries.
This is purely a business-to-business targeting a large business audience from software companies, retail, franchises, accounting, hospitality, e-commerce, health & fitness or recruitment agencies.. The target are mostly managers/business owners (but not necessary the most IT literate)
Well, the company name tells a lot "Snow Sparkle". The motto will be "Business services for smarter businesses" but we haven't decided yet.
I want a logo that I can later integrate in a web 2.0 website.

Integration & connectivity is important in our offer. I'm not sure how you can represent that in the logo.
At the end of the day we are a shop selling other software so keep that in mind.
