I am a young business owner running an electrical contracting business out of Adelaide, South Australia. I have been running for 5 years and already have a good customer base of clients but always looking to expand and attract new business. The existing logo is the original one I used at start up but have found it to be restrictive when applying it on anything but letterhead. It only has one orientation and the font is a little dated.

In terms of size my business is small with 6 employees but run a wide variety of jobs and are continuing to grow. Looking for a logo to take me through the next stage of business growth.

Live Electrical is already a trusted name in Adelaide. My client base includes households with small electrical jobs right through to large building and development companies (office buildings, schools etc). The name of the business is an instant description of what we do.

I am looking for a logo to represent by business Live Electrical. I require a clear, simple yet attention grabbing logo.It also needs to have a funky yet professional feel and represent Live Electrical as a well established electrical business.

I already have corporate colours that I want to retain. These are
Green - PMS 375U
Black and white

Uniforms are black so the logo will need to have two colour versions so logo looks good on a white or black background.

Logo design needs to be suitable for letterheads, business cards, vehicle signage, uniforms etc.

The name needs to be incorporated into the logo but I would also consider an image idea to accompany the name as part of a logo.

A few other things to consider are
- no purchased stock shots or images are to be incorporated. Must be an original design
- final delivered in jpeg, ai, pdf and eps formats
