Our Life Changing Blog Needs An Amazing Logo....Can Your Design Inspire People?

We are looking for a company logo that will be in the center of everything we do. It will be first and foremost on our site/blog, our social media outlets, throughout our offices and will be used on all future collateral materials.

Preferably, we would like the logo to be constrained to a square so that we can use it as a profile pic, gravatar, etc. It will also be on on the top-right of our website/blog. We are not sure as to the final background color or theme color of the site yet, but are thinking that the main colors will be Grey/White/Blue. (A test site is up at http://www.successsite.co with the colors)

We would also like it as a favicon image, an Apple Touch image (57 x 57px) for future app use, and have a grey scale version of the full color logo.
