We are starting a new firm. split off from current management consulting firm to start our own firm ; too suppresive. Work with large companies (usually Fortune 500) so high level of professionalism in presentation and lots of fun in delivery.We work at all levels of an organization from CEO to the guy or gal that cleans the floors, getting buy-in, engagement against specific measurable results. It is BREAKTHROUGH work. Team focused. Achieving something beyond what was thought possible but is possible. People will never be the same once they work with us. Better company, more satisfied and engaged employees and the results needed to give shareholder value. Work with all kinds of companies; oil & gas, financial, beer breweries, airlines, automotive, paper products, lumber, etc. So needs to attract all industries. Type of work includes hands on consulting with management, project teams and boards, facilitation of project teams, training and development and one on one coaching. Could say we transform the way people work. We change people's lives for the better. Change lives, change the company culture, change the business as usual results. We are only two people at the moment and have not yet left our employment. Plan to be multi-million dollar company with significant employees in a year or two. We partner with companies and their people. They do it, we facilitate it.
Fortune 500 companies. Mostly US and Canada. Union and non-union companies. Mostly North American but potential clients have sites all over the world. Not limited to North America. We do work with companies smaller than Fortune 500 but we are expensive and worth it. The return is 5 to 10 times our costs at a minimum. Sometimes 500 times or more. The buyer is usually the top management but who usually recommends us in is mid management or someone we have previously worked for that refers us in. Home base is Houston, TX but do work all over US and Canada currently. Work in all types of industries. What we do applies to all types of companies.Given the economy, especially in the last few years, companies have neglected their leadership development and find themselves with few leaders and a lot of managers. No one equipped to take the reins and make things happen beyond business as usual (includes all levels of organization). Could say it is change management. Potential clients know they need to change to stay competitive. Most people in a company would say they need to change but nothing is happening. We are a catalyst. Clients come up with the anwers and implement them, not us. New clients are naturally skeptical. Could also say it is cultural change that uses specific results as a platform against which to change the way people speak, think and act.
Be creative. Something new that I cannot find as a picture, graphics or pic art that currently exists on the internet. That is a no pass. Original is what I am looking for. Let your talent show through. Simple yet elegant, professional and inviting.
I will use the logo in emails, business cards, stationary and marketing materials. In essense branding.
