Help 230 Victoria with a new logo

This is a logo for an office building that has vacant office space for rent. We are real estate agents looking for a logo for one of our buildings to assist with branding the property. The logo will appear on brochures, very large signs and possibly in the foyer of the office building on permanent signage. The address of the property that we are marketing is 230 Victoria Road Gladesville in Sydney Australia. We are looking for a sleek and stylish text based logo using the words 230 Victoria If the logo is going into a border or onto a solid colour then it should be square or at least close to square. We will require vector files suitable for a variety of uses including some large scale banners on the exterior of the building which would see the logo probably as large as 6ft x 6ft in size. We would like to elevate the image of the building. We are definitely in favor of a modern and easy to read logo.
