I'd like to see some designs with classic film icons like film reels and clapper boards but with a modern facelift. However - I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand. If possible, I would like the logo to work with or without the full text of the company name.

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
