Nicole's Gluten Free Goodies
My name is Nicole and I am opening up a gluten free bakery. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 years ago and I have been eating gluten free ever since. I have always loved to bake, so when my favorite baked goods were prohibited from my life, I took charge. I came up with some wonderful cake and cookie recipes that I just have to share with all of my fellow Celiacs. This is a family oriented company with family celebrations as its focus. Gluten-free is no longer a dreaded diet. Now we can offer gourmet baked goods to the public.
Our bakery is for people with Celiac as well as anyone who has decided that gluten-free is the way to be. Our products will appeal to the majority of gourmet bakery customers, and at the least taste the same or better. Autistic children will benefit from our Gluten Free & Casein Free goodies.
Our audience is extremely cautious of the foods they eat and read everything on a label. They are also searching desperately for something out there that tastes as good as their favorite cakes and cookies used to.
We will also target Restaurant chains, Health food stores and will sell via the Internet.
"Nicole's Gluten Free Goodies" is a long title, so I want the focus on Gluten Free Goodies, rather than on my name. I want this brand to POP! I want this brand to be recognized by young and old. It needs to be iconic, but not comical. Sweet, but not syrupy. I want more edge than sweet and fluffy.
I have included sample logos that I like.
