Dilla's is a fast casual restaurant with a narrow focus on quesadillas (Dilla's = quesadilla like Chipotle = burrito). The quesadillas however ARE NOT all Mexican, the flavor profiles are traditional American fare. One of the core values is fresh, quality ingredients. The target customer is young families and professionals (18-34).
Logo types to explore
We do not want the logo to come off as a Mexican food restaurant. We want it to clearly convey the quesadilla concept (whether graphically or written). The quesadilla is folded (half circle) with 3 cuts making 4 pieces. Again, it will be fresh, quality ingredients. The atmosphere is urban chic. Would like a logo that can also be translated to an emblem.
