FODEA

I am in the process of creating a not for profit organization (FODEA, INC.) that will help raise funds to build new schools and/or renovate old schools in Africa and use solar energy as source of power for these schools. The logo will be primarily based on the acronym "FODEA" and include the phrase "EDUCATING OUR FUTURE" or you can make a suggestion of slogan that contain the words "AFRICA, EDUCATION, CHILDREN AND/OR OUR FUTURE". THE NEED FOR THE SLOGAN IS TO HELP THE READER OF THE LOGO HAVE SOME IDEA ABOUT THE MISSION OF "FODEA". The logo does not need to show any ANIMALS, it can contain a FULL MAP OF AFRICA (i.e. including Madagascar) but THE MAP NEEDS TO BE ON A VERY SMALL SCALE. Needless to say that the MAP IS NOT A MUST IF THE SLOGAN CONTAIN THE WORD "AFRICA". IF YOU USE THE SLOGAN THAT I PROPOSED WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WORD "AFRICA", THEN THE FULL MAP OF AFRICA IS A MUST.

USE ANY BRIGHT COLORS such as ORANGE (referring to the sun or bright future for the children of Africa) and GREEN/YELLOW (referring to renewable energy to protect the environment as the schools will be powered by solar energy systems). For the design of the logo, you need to mainly focus on the acronym "FODEA" which stands for "FOndation Des Enfants d'Afrique".

ALL I AM LOOKING FOR IS A PROFESSIONAL LOGO - SIMPLE BUT VERY APPEALING.
