We are a startup engineering company, an offshoot of a sheetmetal company, which has acquired an existing (rundown?) brand of products.

What's your vision?
Tagline: No tagline for now Desired Color Scheme: Blue, yellow and white as per our current logo Desired Style: Not too conservative, but not loud Accepted File Formats: Various for print and web media Our parent company's website is www.prsm.com.au, and it has a logo which is not too bad. Our current product name is Hendicare Mortuary Equipment which has been recently acquired. We'd like the new logo to 1) Have both components P&R Sheetmetal and Hendicare Mortuary Products 2) To be related to the original P&R Sheetmetal logo - although this is not quite that important. 3) Use the same blue, white and yellow combination. We are targeting the products to universities, hospitals and mortuaries, so in my opinion it shouldn't scream out and be loud, but I don't want it to be too conservative, if you understand what I mean. We will use the logo in web and print media, so we will need it in a variety of formats.
