Provide modern and scientifically researched service techniques to the restaurant industry; how to use psychology and social dynamics to improve customer-staff connections, ultimately leading to higher sales and better tips. It is a malleable approach that counteracts the 'always smile/be happy' current service model - hence 'dynamic'. Currently we provide consultation workshops but are looking to produce a training film containing the techniques, this will happen sometime this year.
Logo types to explore
Target clients are restaurant managers and owners in the UK. Typically male, average age 30-50, moderate education. We particularly appeal to those looking for modern and innovative ways to improve their restaurant's brand appeal, profits and staff retention. We do not shy away from criticising the current service model, and provide informative yet entertaining presentations. We like to maintain a light, dry humour; one could call it 'dead-pan', and this would be nice to reflect in the logo, but not essential. The values that the target audience tend to hold include: commitment to their staff, eagerness to be excellent in their management, desire to ensure the best diner experience Logo needs to appeal both to managers and staff who are taught the material, i.e. appeal to old and young.
