The level of quality for both managed properties and properties developed by HomeCorp is very high. HomeCorp is lean and efficient, and doesn’t plan on growing significantly in order to maintain their natural ability to work well with people and invest in only the best properties.

Current logo is very plain and needs an update to more accurately reflect the brand, as described below.
HomeCorp takes pride in the quality of their work (high-quality service/management and high-quality multi-family apartment development) and the logo should reflect this quality.
The design should be simple (without intricate or tiny graphic elements). A horizontal logo is preferred: one that fits well in the header of a website and many other common applications. A “flat” design without gradients, extrusions, or drop shadows is also preferred.
Make use of classic typography and design elements in order to reflect experience and authority, yet appeal to a contemporary audience by including a welcoming aspect.
Color palette will vary but should reflect the target audience’s desire for a secure investment, reliability, high-quality construction, and the fact that HomeCorp is in the business of developing apartment buildings.
