Founded in 2015, Panda Capital is a relatively young Venture Capital Fund that focuses on investing TMT startups. First of all, the target audience of our brand is the young Internet entrepreneurs and we’d like to convey a “professional, open, and sincere” image to them. Secondly, we prefer a simple and abstract design of our logo. We hope our logo can reflect the professional and rigorous feelings since venture capital investment requires high degree of professional work, and it’ll be more convenient in brand extension if our logo is simple and abstract. Last but not least, we prefer a more international design. Panda is a representative factor of China, and we hope Panda Capital can also be a representative Chinese VC in the near future. The logo we use now is a cartoon image, which is complex and not suitable for every occasion. When redesigned, the logo can use the factors of the original cartoon image, or can be a completely new one with panda factors. ( some related factors can also be considered, like bamboos etc. ) We use orange, black, and white as our representative colors, because orange is young and energetic, and Panda is black and white. We prefer to use these 3 colors continually, but if you have a better recommendation, we’ll consider as well.
