Design the logo for an investment firm that will be creating the next big hedge funds from scratch

We are an investment management firm that will invest in diverse startup hedge fund managers (all ethnic backgrounds and career backgrounds). Our investors will be large public pension funds who are long term investors and who need to invest in hedge funds. The model is about finding great talent to invest in and creating long term partnership, trust, loyalty with our managers and investors and we all only make money if everyone benefits. There is no greed in our business model and the fees that are charged for investment performance are lower than industry average.

SevenStep signifies the following: in a Hindu wedding ceremony the bride and groom need to take seven steps around a sacred fire and then after that they are officially married. This marriage is my culture and signifies long term partnership, trust, loyalty which are characteristics of my new business. Also SevenStep signifies a process: research process, process of helping these hedge fund managers we invest in grow their businesses (we are "seeding" these hedge funds with millions of dollars to launch their funds and we will help them grow through investor introductions, operational efficiencies etc. Also, the idea of steps going up and to the right signifies increasing investment returns for our clients. And then of course lucky number seven is in the title too.
