Intensity is a workout program similar to CrossFit or H.I.I.T. It uses barbells, gymnastic/bodyweight movements, Kettle Bells, Sleds, Tires, Medicine Balls, Running, Rowing, Bikes, Sand Bags, Ropes, Battle Ropes and more. It is all done with light weight for 50 minutes of straight work giving someone a full body workout in one hour, including a full warm up and cool down. It incorporates mobility and is heavily focused on improving someone's form and technique so that they can move on to heavier lifting later, if they choose, with the proper form they have developed. It is constantly varied, in a class led by a coach with specific programming created to keep joints healthy and prevent injury.
