Design an ancient Greek-inspired logo for a new investment fund

Konos Ventures

Konos Ventures is a venture capital fund specifically for alumni of USC. Please make the logo work within the master-template-sheets.ai file. It must work in the same logo container shapes as our other funds (see the attached Illustrator file for options). Please send designs in solid black. The final will be rendered in white on a background half #f4a10c and half #dd8c0a. This fund is not affiliated with USC, and the logo should not look like it's trying to imitate the USC Trojan logo.

We are only interested in icon/logo design. Please avoid all typography, acronyms, etc. "Konos" is a kind of Greek helmet (literally "cone"). It's all right to use other styles of Greek helmets, particularly those that might have to do with ancient Troy. "Konos" also means "knowledge" in Esperanto, and if you come up with a way to include that—or a different concept to do with knowledge that you think is better—we are open to ideas. We would like to see a logo that will render well at various sizes with clean lines and shapes. Try to avoid a look that is too aggressive or futuristic. We don't want something that looks like Star Wars.
