A "data halo" is the product of a 3d laser scan and GIS mapping regarding commercial buildings, and may eventually encompass residential as well as civil projects. Clients of Data Halo will be insurance companies, architects and civil engineers. Through use of a web portal, we will provide a "halo of data" around a structure.
Logo types to explore
The homemade example was something I sketched up before I found the site and the other fine sample images I attached. The key components are the architecture and the halo. It would be interesting if somehow the ideas of data, GIS and 3D laser scanning could be alluded to.
