Hello. My name's Marc and I have a website called CreditXtra. CreditXtra is a financial assistance portal for UK consumers. We offer credit scoring, budget planning and utility switching software as well as targeted news, money saving ideas and other general interest finance stuff.
The site is currently at Beta stage, being offered on a co-branded basis to customers of the loan broker, "Loanfinder". Having commenced trading at the end of December we have offered the service to just 75,000 users but having received positive feedback from over 94% of our users, we are now in the process of rolling the product out to the general public as well as offering the bundled software as a bolt-on for finance businesses/sites with large communities of users who would value the product.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our typical users are non-status or C2DE (MOSAIC) consumers who are focussed on finding their way through the current challenging economic environment. Our consumers are regular users of websites like eBay and Moneysavingexpert.com, they shop at Asda and Kwik Save and read publications like the Sun, News of the World, Soap Life and People's Friend.
We are a friendly, professional and approachable company who care about our users a lot but we don't have a logo. We have tried to make the site clean, simple and easy to use. It would be great if we could communicate these ideas through a new logo - that's where you come in!
That's about it really - I would like the word CreditXtra to be presented as one word with capitalised C and X but in terms of colour, font, accompanying images, layout etc go crazy.
