Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a legal services consulting company. We provide financial, economic, and litigation consulting to lawyers and their clients during patent litigation. We are a subsidiary of an existing company. We are a new, boutique firm but our clients are multinational companies. The existing logo for our parent company is playful; to establish a credible brand the logo for this subsidiary should be be more serious but retain the parent logo look and feel. We are looking for a serious, simple, modern logo that is based around the logo of our corporate parent company but helps us look credible with our customers.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The tone of the logo should convey to multinational companies that our boutique legal services company is serious and dependable, but also unpretentious and modern. Two examples of leading firms that provide services in this area are Cornerstone Research (http://www.cornerstone.com/) and Charles River Associates (http://www.crai.com/). Please take a look at the logos on those sites to get a sense for what customers expect to see in this market. Remember this is a subsidiary of a parent company and the subsidiary logo needs to reflect that. We have attached the existing C2C logo in .eps format in three explorations; we recognize the challenge in shaping the existing (playful) logo into something that is more serious. The full word phrase in the center logo doesn't have much resonance with the customers for the subsidiary, so it's probably best to stick with variants of "C2C" or "C2C Patents". The word patents should probably be in the logo. We're not wedded to the color scheme and could go monochrome or more subdued colors if that establishes a better tone. Thanks in advance for your submissions! We'll do our best to provide quick feedback to anyone who participates! Also, we expect to have additional website design work based on the logo that is selected.
