The idea behind "hybrid" is the versatile/multi dimensional style of training we use. Strength, power, speed, mobility, injury prevention, flexibility, nutrition, mindset, etc. are all prominent components of achieving a well balanced approach to health and performance.
We work with athletes to the everyday person wanting to train/lose weight/posture/corrective exercise.
We have private and group training services as well.
I think the most important things I want people to grasp are:
1. I want the audience to completely forget about cars
2. Being well balanced and versatile are major pieces to our mission
3. Building a foundation of strength is one of the most important components of our training methods; however, strength is achieved not just by the generic heavy weight training.
4. I need a design that is energizing. I modern, simple design that is unique and would look good on gear, walls, signs.....anything!
