Pilates is a system of exercises using a floor mat, and other special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
Target Audience is anyone who wants to improve their body, also people with injuries as a form of rehabilitation. We work with physiotherapists to create this type of program.

The company name is Eastern Suburbs Pilates. PILATES is the main word
to focus on for the logo as this is what we do. Eastern Suburbs is the
town/city of which we are located, it can be on 2 lines or kept as 2
words together on the same line, it is not the main focus for the
Pilates is NOT yoga and should not be compared to yoga, it is a very
different form of exercise focusing on core strength.
It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and
feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy,
GRACEFUL movement. Pilates also improves flexibility and agility. It
can even help alleviate back pain.
No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you.
