Create a simple word logo for fitness company

Custom branding logo for a calisthenics fitness center and business, to include on business cards, shirts, signs, ect. A similiar business is crossfit. Sthenics is like crossfit but not as hardcore, think of it like a crossfire drop out gym.
Other color requirements
Black, white, grey, and an accent color probably yellow
I would like to put the logo on a patch for shirts kind of like the Patagonia logo. The name is more important than the image. Sthenic means strong or in shape. Be creative, this is a calisthenics gym (body weight) workouts.
