Also, in many cases we will be dealing with third party representatives/external consultants to the actual manufacturer/potential clients. How do we want our community to perceive us? § Sufficiently formal and buttoned-up tone & imagery throughout the site, however it needs to be conveyed that we are still accessible and a reliable European regulatory partner. We do not want to be perceived as “stiff” or “boring”. § The aim is to have the audience to think that we are fully competent, trustworthy, professional, innovative, and most importantly, that we are different from our competition. § The tone needs to be different from what is conventionally used in the industry. We are not stiff; we are “new blood” in the industry.
