We make health and fitness "just happen" in the same way that we breathe, autonomically. "We manage the process, you get the results." That means we provide health and fitness training and guidance, along with nutrition planning, and lifestyle change. Our principles include the following:
1 Accountability: uncomfortable conversations and all. (fitness insurance policy) the path is already laid out, you will achieve, and we will get you there because we hold you accountable. once we are able to hold you accountable, there are so many things that we can actually do to help you. This includes compliance, commitment, ownership of your project.
2 Science Based Programming: within every approach of what we do there has to be a system. we have already established habits, how we move, how we eat. There must be an approach for each of these to fix these or correct these. In relations to your emotions, it is understanding your current state of being and therefore then understanding how you can inspire them. Within inspiration comes expectations.
3 Education: we only have one body, we should know about it and how it works, moves, grows, functions, changes, etc… We don’t want to do the training for you, we want to do it with you.
4 Belonging: be a part of something.
