Create a logo for " pork roll" or " water buffalo " or " bamboo baskets "

In " Water buffalo" logo I want to put " Vietnamese cuisine " for the " pork roll" logo I already sketch out my idea on paper or you can make some thing new and nicer. I haven't got any idea for " bamboo basket" logo. But it look like a rattan or bamboo frame (to hold loads at the end of a carrying pole)

The layout of my shop will be look like a Vietnamese country side, little garden in the front, wooden, bamboo basket, plough, rice traw,buffalo... But the Logo I want something stronger. The water buffalo is the traditional symbol of Vietnam. It represents bravery, happiness and prosperity. Buffalos played a very important role in Vietnamese agriculture. They were a farmer’s most valued possession and were often treated as a part of the family. Buffalos are strong and hard working but also good natured and tame. It is no wonder that the Vietnamese people revere this honest creature, for just like the buffalo they are diligent and earnest in everything they do. The Vietnamese are warm and respectful in all our interactions.
