Logo should appeal to both parents and kids age 10-16. Logo should make a young teen feel "cool" and not pandered to. The logo doesn't need to have a cute character, a fresh, young design is enough. Also, there's no need to directly show exercise and nutrition (i.e. an apple or a dumbbell) this brand is about a healthy life not just food and exercise.
