I like simplicity, clean and airy feeling. I prefer people call me Steph, instead of Stephanie, because it's less formal and feels more me. It's almost a little tomboy-like which I was when i was younger. I describe my personal style as simple classic, with a funky twist....and occasional chic. I don't have a favorite color; I love all the colors together because I feel they complement each other. The picture of the essential oils attached shows what i mean. As well as the picture of me at the door with the pink lips, blue and yellow necklace and teal and yellow background. I really like those colors together. I also like when there is script font mixed with a bolder capital font. I feel like this sort of conveys both parts of my personality but i am very open to all possibilities. I added the pictures to create a mood board for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. :)

Here are some testimonials from client's that may give more insight to my brand:
“Countless times, Steph has been there for me. Honestly, I’d either still be extremely sick or possibly no longer alive if it weren’t for Steph’s huge heart and never give up attitude. Her passion and inner drive are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in a person; she has such a caring, kind-hearted soul and she genuinely wants you to feel the love and energy she has to give. Steph’s a straight shooter and efficient at what she does, but she also has a wonderful sense of humor. She’s supportive and continually goes above and beyond, and is a natural-born leader. Nobody, except your family and close friends, is going to care about you and your journey as much as Steph.”
“When Steph first approached me to explain her philosophy and tell me how she could help me achieve my health goals I was nervous, but excited at the same time. She showed me health is a lifestyle choice, and with her coaching I was able to learn how important it is to be knowledgeable about the food I eat and products I use. You do not realize how the media and marketing can fool you, and Steph really opened my eyes to being proactive and to research food and products and to know the effects they will have on my mind and body. Steph gave me the motivation to want to make positive changes in my life. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to make life changes. I highly recommend her as a coach. Steph has a very compassionate personality and really loves what she does. It is so uplifting to see someone with such passion for helping people achieve their health goals.” – Elizabeth, NJ
Here is a bio about me also:
Much like many wellness warriors, my journey stemmed from my own struggles. For three years I faced a number of challenges including heavy metal toxicity in my brain and bones, h. pylori stomach bacteria, systemic candida yeast, chronic Lyme disease, low stomach acid, vitamin deficiencies, anxiety and so on. After eleven doctors failed me and left me without hope, I took my health into my own hands. I became a relentless detective on a quest for answers… real answers! I had always been a seemingly healthy and athletic person, and I wasn’t willing to accept a lesser quality of life. Doctors, family members, and friends questioned what I was doing (and my sanity), as I would literally try anything and everything to get my health back. I needed to know the root cause of my sickness and I was resilient in doing so.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it, I went through some really bad times not only physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well. More times than I can count I wondered if I would ever be well or “normal” again, and I felt as though life was passing me by.
Thankfully, there was a light at the end. Once I found the right doctors and got the proper testing, I was the perfect patient and on my road to recovery. One blessing I had going for me was I was diligent. With every decision I made, I chose health. Every minute, every hour, every day. However, even during the times I was doing everything right, I still faced symptoms and upset, because health recovery is a long road.
At the same time I also faced a very challenging break up and was a wreck for months. I left the relationship because I wasn’t happy and living the life I knew I deserved. I gave up something good for the opportunity of something greater. At the time I didn’t know what it was, but I knew I deserved to be happy. That break up was the catalyst I needed to make amazing life changes.
The last piece in my puzzle that healed my wounds was finding my spirituality. I’ve truly gotten to know and love myself, and connect with God in really amazing ways. Practicing meditation, mindfulness, self-love, self-care, gratitude, Qigong, Reiki and other energy work have opened my eyes to all the world has to offer, and shown me how interconnected everything is. Connecting with a power greater than myself has allowed me to experience pretty rad things of another world, and attract miraculous miracles.
Today I am truly living better than ever. I wake up every day with an excitement and zest for life I never knew possible. It is my mission to help others do the same. That’s why I got certified as a Health Coach from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition and received my Reiki I Certification from the Tranquil Source School of Energy Balancing. I look forward to sharing with you all I have learned on my journey, and may we continue to grow in light and love.
