We provide a business-to-business documentation service. We design and write online help, software and hardware user guides, technical manuals, business process documentation, training guides and other forms of support literature. We work for companies and organisations of all sizes working in a wide range of technical and non-technical fields. These include producers of hardware, software and integrated systems as well as banks, insurance companies, law firms, public-sector organisations and universities - in short, ANY organisation needing to provide high-quality explanatory or support documentation to their own staff or to users of their goods ar services.

The actual company name is 'Publication Development Associates' which is why we want to use the short form PDA for the logo. It is possible that we could include a very short slogan (such as 'Documentation made effective' or 'Making it clear), but we haven't thought of one yet. Essentially, we are communicators; understanding our customers products/services and their target readership, and creating clear, concise and appropriate documentation. I have selected our industry category as Business & Consulting, but only because there is no better category listed. If you search for 'technical writers' or 'technical authors' you will find companies similar to ours.
