I'd like to explore the following colors: Reds: Energy, action, passion and love. Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
We do not want to be branded as a coffee house, therefore we do not want a coffee cup as our logo. We serve small plate dishes called "Cicchetti" in italian, or Tapas in Spanish as well as espresso based drinks. We service a sophisticated, upscale clientele.
